Dispatch

We dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Australia: 3–7 business days (Australia).
• New Zealand: 6–12 business days.

These are estimates from our carriers and can vary during peak periods.

Shipping cost

Flat-rate tracked shipping applies to single-ring orders. Orders of 2 or more rings ship free — any order over $49.95 qualifies automatically at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email hello@weekendsupply.com.au and we'll chase it up with the carrier and make it right.
