Products & pricing
We do our best to display products and prices accurately. All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) as a single, GST-inclusive total — the price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden fees added at checkout. We may update prices and product details at any time. If an error affects your order, we'll contact you before shipping.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe.
Shipping & returns
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies form part of these terms.
Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
